Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Yogeshwaraya Institute, our programs for children and adults are thoughtfully designed to deliver meaningful and lasting impact through structured engagement and consistency. As each program involves advance planning, dedicated faculty time, and limited batch sizes, the following policy applies:

1. Enrolment Confirmation
A participant’s seat is confirmed upon receipt of payment (full or partial). This secures a place in the batch and enables program planning.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

• Before program start:
  Cancellation requests made at least 15 days prior to the start date may be considered for a refund, after deducting a nominal administrative fee, along with applicable taxes and payment gateway charges. 
• After program commencement:
  No refunds will be applicable. 
• Renewals / subsequent enrolments:
  Fees paid for renewals or subsequent enrolments are strictly non-refundable.

3. Program Commitment
The effectiveness of our programs is built on regular participation and continuity. We encourage all participants to commit to the full duration for optimal benefit.

4. Missed Sessions
Sessions missed due to personal reasons will not be rescheduled, transferred, or refunded. Participants are requested to plan their schedules accordingly.

5. Batch Transfers / Adjustments

• A one-time batch transfer may be considered in genuine cases, subject to availability. 
• Such requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe and are at the Institute’s discretion. 

6. Program Changes by the Institute
Yogeshwaraya Institute reserves the right to make necessary changes to the schedule, faculty, or delivery format in order to maintain the quality and continuity of the program. In such cases, suitable alternatives or adjustments will be provided.

7. Exceptional Circumstances
Any requests arising from unforeseen or exceptional situations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The Institute’s decision in such matters will be final.

Our policies are designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and a high-quality learning environment for all participants, while upholding the integrity and effectiveness of the program.
