General Queries

These practices, designed by Sadhguru,  are not taught merely for Physical Fitness and Strength. By learning these practices, you can immediately experience an enhanced Coherence and Competence in any form of yoga, gym, sports, or for that matter any activity you do.


Yes! The practices covered in the curriculum are not only Phenomenal but Complete. Practices work not only on Muscles but on all levels - The Circulatory system, Skeletal structure, Nervous system, and Energy system. 


The practices carefully selected by Sadhguru, which have a universal appeal and application, is a powerful and Complete System in itself and brings your Body Mechanism to its ultimate Health and Wellbeing, and above all, blossom into a full-fledged human being. 


One doesn't need to have any prior knowledge of Yoga. The BMA system is designed to help everyone learn at their own pace. 


The practice needs no fitness equipment. It uses only the body and can be practiced anywhere, even during travel.


On a busy day, you can choose to do only certain practices to suit your schedule. We will help you understand how to schedule different practices within 30 mins to 1 hour.

Are there any Requirements or Prerequisites?

Due to the nature of the practices taught, there are some contraindications. People who fall under any of the below categories are not eligible to participate at this time.  


  • Women who are currently pregnant. 
  • Anyone who has had a major open surgery within the last 6 months.
  • Anyone who has had a laparoscopic surgery or any severe muscular injury within the last 6 weeks 
  • If one has an active hernia.  
  • As a general note, always consult and follow your doctor’s advice.


You must be above 14 years of age and should have an open mind and willingness to make the appropriate lifestyle changes. 

Important Guidelines

🌿 Pls maintain Empty Stomach Condition before Practice. That is 4 hours post full meal or 2.5 hours post a snack or 1.5 hours post beverage.


🌿 Please bring a Yoga Mat.


🌿  Wearing loose cotton clothes for the workshop is advisable.


🌿 Please be seated inside the hall 10 minutes before the class begins.


🌿 Kindly refrain from water consumption and using the washroom during session.


🌿 All sessions are Mandatory. The nature of the workshops are such that for whatever reason, if one misses a session, he/she will not be able to attend the subsequent sessions.

Additional Information

🌿  Each of the balance two workshops, will subsequently be scheduled in an interval of 30-40 days, which will also be mandatory to attend.


🌿 In case the participant is unavailable, on any of the scheduled dates, for the balance two workshops, the Institute has to be be informed immediately upon announcement of schedule. This will enable the institute to offer the same seat to another participant. The participant can then choose the next scheduled batch. 


🌿 In case any participant is unable to complete the course in 90 days, a maximum of two months extension will be provided.


 🌿 The workshop fees is not refundable nor transferrable. 


🌿 In case you have already leant and know any of the practices, then you can pay proportionately lesser for the course.

Yoga is about attaining to absolute Balance, piercing Clarity, and an inexhaustible Exuberance. With this, you are Fit for Life.
