How is the Program Structured?

Program Details

The comprehensive Daily Nurturing Yoga Program for children consists of two distinct phases:

Phase 1: Foundational - (Conducted Online)

Since consistency is the key to unlocking a child’s full potential, the program begins with preparatory online training sessions and gradually progresses to deeper, in-person practices.

Phase 2: Advancement - (Conducted Offline)

Once prepared, you can choose a convenient schedule for the in-person practices and complete enrollment by paying the applicable fee for the selected workshop or retreat. The program team will be there to guide you at every step.

Phase 1: Foundational

The program begins with Online Training followed by Daily Nurturing Sessions.

Certified teachers from Sadhguru Gurukulam – Classical Hatha Yoga will guide children through live online sessions every day.

These regular nurturing sessions help your child build consistency, stay balanced, and stay inspired — laying a strong foundation to deepen their sadhana.

Frequently Asked Questions

All the batch timings are interchangeable at any time to accommodate your child's daily schedule. We have provided this flexibility to ensure that children do not miss out on the sessions.

The size of each batch varies based on various factors. Regardless of the size of a particular batch of children, there is always a conducting teacher accompanied by a panel of teachers observing each child during their practices.

We ensure every child learns the practices completely and thoroughly.

Morning practice sessions for children are available in addition to the evening nurturing sessions. If a child misses an evening session, they can attend the morning session to make up for the practice.

While the morning sessions are dedicated exclusively to practices, the daily evening nurturing sessions offer a rich blend of activities.

Alongside the practices, these sessions include yogic wisdom, Sadhguru’s insights, practice corrections, breakout rooms, and engaging interactions with teachers.

Each evening session provides unique content focused on yogic wisdom and science, designed to deepen a child's sadhana by fostering consistency in their daily practice.

Mornings are good for practice. A nurturing session is not solely centered around yogic practices. Other aspects include Sadhguru's videos, imbuing children with yogic wisdom and experiential knowledge through various activities offered in an Exploration of Fun, Love, and Joy.

Evenings are the ideal time for children to invest a few minutes entirely in themselves, without the need to consider other activities like the morning and the rest of the day. After finishing their school, tuitions, play, homework, studies, etc., children can enjoy a refreshing shower and join rejuvenating evening sessions with a Classical Hatha Yoga teacher.

The rejuvenating evening sessions, besides practices, aim to release various accumulated negative elements, providing benefits such as stress reduction and emotional well-being, enhanced concentration and mental clarity, an energy boost, improved sleep, self-discipline and routine, coping skills, resilience, and the cultivation of lifelong healthy habits, among others.

Each session presents unique content focused on yogic wisdom and science, while also helping deepen a child's sadhana by maintaining consistency in daily practice.

If this timing is inconvenient, you can arrange for your child to participate in the first 21 days of training during any of the upcoming batches.

Once your child learns the practices, he or she can do them on their own. Attend nurturing sessions only as much as necessary.

However, it's of utmost importance to begin early. Establishing the practices can occur at one's own pace.

When introducing yoga to children, the three most important aspects are ensuring that the practices are simple, authentic (not distorted), and consistently followed over time.

Offline practices are intense, and best to introduce when your child has gone through the Foundational Phase and is willing.

The Foundational Phase is not just about training in yogic practices, but imparting yogic wisdom which includes every aspect towards nurturing your child's innate genius.

When they are prepared physically and mentally and are inspired to learn more intense practices, we will align them to Children Workshops in the Advancement Stage.

Sadhguru Gurukulam Certified - Classical Hatha Yoga Teachers will hold a private video consultation to assess whether a child having such a difficulty can participate in the program right away or not.

If not, we will provide effective alternatives.
