Programs in Isha Yoga Centre

Inner Engineering (with initiation into Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya), Guru Pooja, advanced Residential programs (BSP & Shoonya), volunteering, and a few days stay in the Isha ashram, Coimbatore, are highly recommended. This can be done at any time when one desires to.


Towards one's progress in this regard, Yogeshwaraya Institute shall provide a Nourishing and Enriching environment, the necessary Guidance and Support to help you blossom to your Full Potential.

How To Apply

Duration:

The course is offered over 21 days, with 3 hours each day, focusing on in-depth training, practice, and personalized corrections for each practice.

Course Fee:

The course is offered at ₹ 2,500 per month, payable together for a Term.

Inclusions:

Besides the stipulated review sessions, except when the center conducts classes, participants can practice regularly in the center, without having to pay any extra charges.

Exclusions:

A nominal cost is payable for Learning the practices:  

  • Yogasanas - ₹ 4500 
  • Surya Kriya - ₹ 3500 
  • Surya Shakti - ₹ 2000 
  • Angamardana - ₹ 4500  


If one has already learnt and knows the practices, he/she need not pay this amount.

Your course starts with Yogasanas on the batch date provided soon thereafter.

These practices, designed by Sadhguru,  are not taught merely for Physical Fitness and Strength. By learning these practices, you can immediately experience an enhanced Coherence and Competence in any form of yoga, gym, sports, or for that matter any activity you do.


Yes! The practices covered in the curriculum are not only Phenomenal but Complete. Practices work not only on Muscles but on all levels - The Circulatory system, Skeletal structure, Nervous system, and Energy system. 


The practices carefully selected by Sadhguru, which have a universal appeal and application, is a powerful and Complete System in itself and brings your Body Mechanism to its ultimate Health and Wellbeing, and above all, blossom into a full-fledged human being. 


One doesn't need to have any prior knowledge of Yoga. The BMA system is designed to help everyone learn at their own pace. 


The practice needs no fitness equipment. It uses only the body and can be practiced anywhere, even during travel.


On a busy day, you can choose to do only certain practices to suit your schedule. We will help you understand how to schedule different practices within 30 mins to 1 hour.

Definitely! The objective of opening a local center is primarily to ensure everyone comes and practices regularly. 


The conducive ambiance, being part of a community and culture reminiscent of ashram locally will help you establish and enhance the experience of this profound science offered to all of us by Sadhguru. 


Positively! A center is a place for learning and practicing Isha Classical Hatha Yoga. The center works synergistically with Isha Hatha Yoga Teachers.


🍃 Monthly Satsang can be conducted on Sundays at the center.


🍃 Events like MSR, Sadhguru Full-Moon Satsang, etc., can be celebrated together. 


🍃 IE completion can be organized locally for participants by Isha Foundation.


🍃 The center will be managed completely independently by a dedicated team. However, the local volunteers can meet for any ashram-related work on Sundays.


🍃 The center will always be encouraging of anything which helps Sadhguru's fundamental vision to offer the science of inner wellbeing to every human being.
